Return Policy

It is very important for us to keep you absolutely satisfied with the quality of our products and with your purchase. Your comments and suggestions can make us better. So, in our effort to meet the expectations of our customers from the products they choose from Crool E-Shop, we offer the possibility to refund all our products. Our customers can ask for the exchange or the full refund of the products purchased online in 10 working days from the day of the delivery (according to the delivery note), if they comply with all Terms and Conditions stated below. The shipping costs can not be refunded. The shipping costs for the return of a non defective article either for refund or for exchange are being paid by the customer. The shipping costs for the return and exchange of a defected article are being paid by Crool E-Shop.

 

Return Procedure

The return or exchange procedure is the following: For the return or the exchange of the article(s), you have to fill in the Return Form and place it inside the package with the article(s) that you are going to return. Crool E-Shop reserves the right to reject the returns/exchanges of articles that are not returned according to the Terms and Conditions which are stated here below. Α) Return of a Defected Article Return of a defected article(s) can occur only after you have been contacted with Crool E-Shop following these steps:
  • STEP 1: You should contact us either by e-mail (e-aftersales@crool.gr) or by phone (+30 210 2710639/640) to approve your return.
  • STEP 2: When Crool E-Shop approves your return/exchange of the article(s) a code will be given to you which has to be written on your Return Form in the field Return Code.
  • STEP 3: Returns of defected article(s) can only be shipped through Geniki Tachydromiki for our customers in Greece and UPS for our customers abroad. These shipping costs are covered by Crool E-Shop. In order for your package to be delivered free of charge you need the Return Code as described in STEP 2.
  • STEP 4: On the back side of your receipt you will find the Return Form, which you are going to fill in and return together with your package
Β) Return of a no Defected Article or Exchange of an Article Return or exchange can occur only after you have been contacted with Crool E-Shop following these steps:
  • STEP 1: You should contact us either by e-mail (e-aftersales@crool.gr) or by phone (+30 210 2710639/640) to approve your return.
  • STEP 2: When Crool E-Shop approves your return/exchange of the article(s) a code will be given to you which has to be written on your Return Form in the field Return Code.
  • STEP 3: Please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery to Crool E-Shop.
  • STEP 4: On the back side of your receipt you will find the Return Form, which you are going to fill in and return together with your package

 

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions have to comply in order for an article to be returned to Crool E-Shop: The return/exchange application for Greece and abroad can not exceed the 10 working days from the delivery date (according the delivery note). All the returned articles have to be delivered to us on their initial state (with no signs of worn or soiled) and have to be resalable. The article(s) must have all its initial labels without them being torn. When you receive the products you have ordered we understand that you would like to try them on to be sure that they fit. Most of our articles come in direct contact with skin. With this in mind, please when you try these products wear first some underwear. If the article(s) and the return procedure meet all the above criteria, you can send back the article(s) to us and we will refund or exchange it with another one of your choice. If different to the above Crool E-Shop reserves the right not to accept the return. The customer always has the ultimate responsibility of sending the product to our address indicated on the Return Form as it impossible for Crool E-Shop acting as a receiver to search for this package. Please note that the customer retains the responsibility for the goods to be returned to us. For this we recommend our customers in Greece to use Geniki Tachydromiki and our customers abroad to use UPS. Crool E-Shop does not assume any liability for returned goods lost during the return. Please allow us 10 working days (from the arrival of the package) for us to receive and process your request.
